Presented by the Tri-County Arts Council, Jamestown Community College (JCC), and the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation (CRCF) made possible by an endowment from the estate of F. Donald Kenney.

Eligibility

All works must be original and completed within the past two years. Work previously submitted to the Southern Tier Biennial is not eligible.

Media

Works created in all visual media are eligible with the understanding that the Biennial’s exhibition venues and format may not be able to accommodate all work. Work will not be judged by media categories. Accepted work must be finished, dry, and ready to install.

Images

Jurying will be from digital images only. Applicants may submit up to three entries for consideration. Images may be submitted via email at stb@myartscouncil.net or saved onto a CD. All submissions should include two images for each entry: a 1200-pixel wide jpg file for digital projection for jury and a 5” x 7” 300 dpi file for inclusion in color catalog in the event work is chosen for show.  Digital files should be named with last name and title matching entry form and extension (i.e., smithgreenapple.jpg). CDs should be labeled with artist name and mailed to PO Box 406, Olean, NY 14760. Poor images greatly reduce your chance of being selected during the jury process. Ownership of all digital images remains with the artist.
